About LifeDiscoveryEd Digital Library (LDDL)

The LifeDiscoveryEd Digital Library is a collaborative project of the Ecological Society of America, Botanical Society of America, Society for Economic Botany, and Society for the Study of Evolution. The project was made possible with a major grant from the National Science Foundation and launched in March 2013. LDDL runs on the CWIS platform, developed by the Internet Scout team from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Key features of the platform include the ability for users to submit, save, comment, and rate resources. Users will also be able to save resources in a folder which can be made public if desired. Users may browse by any keyword, audience, resource type, discipline or collection.
